Thats the absolute best for cist and weight ?
What about nitrile rubber ? I see so many people using it in there designs these days

Is there any armors good agianst lasers and kinetics ?
Its for my turrets, since I can only put on one type of armor ?

How does this game save its ships and modules ? as far as i know, you simply make a module or ship, click accept, and its there in the lists. like its saved by the game internally. even if you exit the game, and the go back on its still there. what happened is i have two computers, computer A had all by progress, computer B did not. these computers dont have a connection to each other, except thru steam. and for some reason, i can only upload pictures to this website thru computer B. So i went on computer B, clicked the CoaDE icon to load up the game, and it said that this would disconect the other computer (Computer A) from steam. i didnt think this would b a problem, becuase i had already gotten off computer A and presumably all the new ships and guns had been saved. when i went on CoaDE on computer B i didnt have any of the progress. so i went back to computer A, and went on CoaDE. ALL MY PROGRESS WAS GONE. this doesnt make sense, doesnt the game store the ship and module files internally ?!? I have saved them (and they were there when i reloaded the game) when i wasnt connected to steam in the past Sorry Check out the UserRecords and UserDesigns files. It should be in there no? Where are those ? How do I access them ?

It was supposed to be a laser skiff equivalent... however it evolved in to something way more agressive, hence the name. The idea is the same as my larger ships: snipe the enemy's lasers, engines, then everything else, pound with railguns. Dodge like mad at the same time. If handled properly wins against much larger opossition, I consistently fly it against my laser frigate and gunship equivalents and win. The main damage dealer is this railgun. That railgun doesnt work. i copied it down exactly. yours has an accel of 5e+008, mine has an accel of 6e+008, with copying every value i saw exactly. the only thing i can think of is that the came rounded up some fine tuning adjustments, so i dont see the EXACT values (dont to the tiny digits). mind posting the code ?

how do you have so much Dv and acceleration ? A NTR, MPD combo ? Yep, methane NTR/MPD. I may have to revisit the MPDs however , haven't given them much thought for quite a while now. Not sure if anything changed there since the last few patches. Wanna share the MPD ? i have very few and could always use one

I love 1.10 . Suddenly the game became much more interesting. Here is what I've been working on for the last two days. Andarta is the offensive/gunship equivalent, armed with: 48 counter laser turrets , driven by 10 lasers (fps reasons - could easily be much more). Single 400MW laser with six turrets. 1200 small, fast, 13km/s, dual warhead missiles with external tanks. 300 similar missiles without the external tanks - to avoid the lag if I have to launch under fire. 60 small defensive laser drones - could be easily much more but I want to avoid giving the AI rope to hang my PC. I usually send a single drone towards the missile swarm and shoot the engines of the missiles as I pass by. 3 multifunctional small 15MW needle guns with around 41/42km/s. Single very accurate 100MW large needle gun with 100km/s at the bow. Certainly more speed and range is possible with a much larger gun and more power. This almost got under 300 tons and generally has a pretty descent turning speed for a large gun.
Minerva is the defensive/escort laser frigate equivalent. 40 meters and 20 million credits less than Andarta. Sacrifices almost all offensive punch, except the multifunctional needle guns to get there however. Both ships have pretty decent acceleration of 0.6/0.7G that really helps with missle swarms, if the lasers and drones do not get them before that. If anyone is interested in details about anything just ask.

Let me re-phrase, Semi-Autonomous vehicles, and ROVs NASA is already using a prototype pseudo ROV on the ISS. 1943 tech in the B-29 "computer-controlled fire-control system that directed four machine gun turrets that could be operated by a single gunner and a fire-control officer." sets a precedence for a minimum of two weapons per crew, 6 decades ago. Of course, aircraft don't carry maintenance crews on board. The prior mention that~75% of space crew in coade are support roles is shared across the modern military. That ratio varies per service/situation but definitely stands to reason. Here at my base we have around 5000 folks total to support about 36 aircraft. You could put that at around 138 people per aircraft, 4 of which are aircrew. So 97% "support" staff. The hard part to estimate is the actual maintenance requirement. How do systems degrade in space? A lot slower would be my guess. Look around your base and the aircraft, ask the crews what the biggest factors are in degrading systems. My guesd is weather, rust, airturbulence, rough landings, things like that (tho I could be very wrong). Very little of that would apply in space

Gedzilla Designs has just completed its newest Design in its Primarily Laser Line; the Interplanetary Assualt Laser Battleship. This Battleship has enough Electrical power to fire EVERY SINGLE WEAPON AT ONCE, barring 2. The firepower of a tip forward broadside (with all possible weapons firing) is terrifying, and its sloped armor (with tip foward) allows it to take many hits. the armor alone is incredibly beefy, although the radiators have little redundancy. Its primary weapons are an array of jasonvance made lasers, 50MW's, 150MW's, and a 400 MW (Thank you jasonvance). it also has missile and railgun secondaries. For its weight and cost it is incredibly dangerous and tough, a flagship of any navy. p.s. positioning the turrets so they dont get in each others way and are all able to fire forward can get very difficult.
