You could build a nuke with the silicon nanothermite. You could build a ruby laser ( AluminumOxide).

I did start a thread on NEFP behaviour a couple of weeks ago. With testing.

Set it to detonate at the same time or later than your Nuke.

XNay on the rad shield NFPs. What you want is an explosive payload with the minimum mass of explosives and say 20kg of osmium or diamond.

Holy fark....Thats almost half the mass flow rate of my F/Me rocket.

Since its so small cost means nothing. Id prefer it to fit in a 40 cm rocket body 30 being ideal....with 5 degree gimbal. No zeta credit isotopes svp.
Trying for an alternative to Fluorine/methane rockets

Its only a concern with regular cannons. Once you get above the speed of sound in a material funky things start to happen. In the 1.5 km/s region that happens in steel and not in the DU penetrator.

If all you are worried about is radiators some rodlike high explosive payloads throw most of their mass sideways at high velocities.
Frag mass will be low but high velocity should be enough to take out radiators.

my "mini" nukes are 20cm diameter 48kt designs Of what weight ? Nuke weights tend to be in certain islands of efficiency after which weight seems to go up for not much benefit.

Are we sure that fuses on payload now function correctly ?
I still cant payloads without control units to explode.

A megawatt of radiation ? The robot needs to move to be able to work.
