(Modding) Support for Black Box Reactionless/Inertia Drives?

At the moment it's not possible to design black box reactionless drives. Any attempt at creating one using the existing template results in broken physics.
When I added my 1.2 kN 1 GW "thruster" I was able to accelerate an 800 ton ship to 0.15c in 6 months... with 153 μg of acceleration. Even when I modified it so the thrust power matched the power input I was able to accelerate the ship to 453 km/s in little over 3 days.
Is there any chance this could be fixed in a near future update?
