While messing about with NTR design I noticed something strange, which I then confirmed by dragging the bar out a bit. The neutron reflector thickness doesn't seem to impact the actual volume of the NTR. This rocket has a 12x10cm reactor / combustion chamber... and 90 centimeters of Graphite packed in there somehow?
