I started building space X starship in CoaDE, first to have something else to compare are ships to other than a human in a space suit or the retired US space shuttle. And second to see if it could really make it to the Moon, let alone Mars. The following information is about star ship Starship spacecraftSpaceX RaptorFrom this info I started making the raptor engine.

After the engines I worked on the crew module.
The smallest crew size in CoaDE is 23
I got a module with the following outputs
Heat:8.31 kw outlet Temperature: 293 k Crew Required: 2 Power Use: 6.63kw
Mass 78.5 t Cost 2.95 Mc
The inputs to get this were Crew Capacity 23 Decks 6 Structure Material: Aluminum Shell Thickness: 2.00 cm
Note that I used 6 decks as that is what most of the artwork has. As the real crew module is still under design or has been yet to be designed by SpaceX.
The crew for the ship is the following
Admin Department: 6 Captain: 1 First Officer: 1 Yeoman: 1 Logistics Officers: 1 Cooks: 1 Doctors: 1
Operations Department: 11 Comm Officers: 3 Sensor Specialists: 3 Astrogation Officers: 3 Water and Waste Technician: 1 Air Circulation Technician: 1
Engineering Department: 6 Chief Engineer: 1 Engine Technician: 2 Radiator Technician: 3

Ok, for the final part I made propellant tanks that have a ratio of 3.60 oxygen to 1 Methane.
The tanks plus the crew module and engines needed to match the dimensions given for space X's Starship.
Then I turned the radiators for the crew module and powerplant into the wings of the ship, to give the same look as we see from photo form space X. I h used 2 3.51 kW Radioisotope thermoelectric Generators to meet the 7.03 kW power needs of the crew module.
The final ship for me had the following
Length: 48.7 m Hull Diameter: 9.02 m Total Diameter: 23.4m cross Section: 415 m2
Delta-v: 1.45 km/s Oxygen, Methane
Mass Ratio: 1.65 Wet Mass 995 t Dry Mass 604 t
Acceleration: 1.11g Dry Acceleration: 1.83 g Total Burn Time: 1m 40s Turnabout Time 15.4 s
Crew is 23 out of 23 which I have listed above.
Power: 6.63kW / 7.03kW
Heat: 21kW - 42.5MW (last part is the engines)
Mass: 995 t
Cost: 6.63 Mc
I know that it is not exactly 50 m tall, but I like how the numbers came out. So, I'm posting what I got and am working on a re-work.

Ok here is a total review of what I got for SpaceX's Starship Note that I used 6 decks as that is what most of the artwork has. I was able to find a design for the crew module form Paul King on humansmars.netWhile it said that you can have a crew up to 40, there is only enough room in the radiation shelter for 20 people Here is the crew break down form my model. Admin Department: 6 Captain: 1 First Officer: 1 Yeoman: 1 Logistics Officers: 1 Cooks: 1 Doctors: 1 Operations Department: 11 Comm Officers: 3 Sensor Specialists: 3 Astrogation Officers: 3 Water and Waste Technician: 1 Air Circulation Technician: 1 Engineering Department: 6 Chief Engineer: 1 Engine Technician: 2 Radiator Technician: 3 I was able to find a link to an old design of the Raptor Engines from Feb 12 2019. I used these values to redo the Nark 1 enginesSea-Level

After analysis of a SpaceX starship, I was trying to figure out why the dry weight was so high. That when I noted that the dry weight was mostly in the propellant tanks. In fact, it was the second highest mass in my builds. I had use aluminum as default as SpaceX did not list what the what they were made out of. That when I checked online to see if anyone knew what they were made out of. On Quora I found someone said that SpaceX does not use carbon composite anymore and now uses 301 stainless Steel. As we don't have 301 stainless steels, I used Maraging Steel. If you think I should have used a different steel instead, please list it and I will make the changes and we can see the results. Here what happens when I change the material from aluminum to maraging steel for the fuel tanks. And add A heat shield for re-enter to earthSpaceX's Starship with Mark 1 enginesSpaceX's Starship with Mark2 Engines
I also changed the crew module for deep space travel. In other words, I redesigned the crew module so that it would not need a radiation shelter for deep space travel. Inputs for new crew module

If you think at this point, I should post these ships to steam. Just say so with a reply. Right now, I'm working on level editor to make a mission that will allow us to see if a full fueled start ship can reach Mars from Earth. Though I'm not sure if we should use a custom orbit or a random one, for where each planet is at a given time.

Ok, because starship needs to refuel on Mars, I added the oxygen and methane refueling system, which changed the size of the crew from 23 to 27. I then increased the thickness of the polyethylene to 9 cm to make the weight 100 tons.
Here is the new crew breakdown.
And here are the inputs to make the model at home.

Heat:9.89 kw outlet Temperature: 293 k Crew Required: 2.0 Power Use: 7.91kw
