[Bug] Overzealous missile culling in combat.

In combat, when firing missiles while manoeuvring the missiles often start moving and thrusting in wrong direction and need some time and room to correct this.

Unfortunately, such missiles are almost immediately destroyed by game, even if they would have enough propellant to successfully home in.
