Since I got a new computer, the game won't even start. I see a brief flash of an icon in the activity bar, but it disappears very quickly.
I have tried to switch to Window Mode, as suggested by the sticky, but the problem persist. Looking at the crash log, it seems like a problem communicating with Steam API, but I'm not sure about that part at all.
