User files on Mac?

I've done substantial work customizing module and ship designs on my mac mini computer. Unfortunately its performance isn't all that great so I just upgraded to a much better Windows 10 gaming PC.

After installing Steam and CoaDE on the Windows PC, I saw that my saved ships, modules, and campaign status wasn't transferred through the Steam cloud. I've searched all over on my Mac but can't find the UserDesign.txt file with my designs in it either.

Is it possible to transfer my work from the Mac to the Windows PC? Do you happen to know where the UserDesign.txt file is on the Mac install?
