Hi, I have been trying the "Dusk over Triton" mission, default ships, and besides being difficult, when I inspect fleet all the ships burn in a random direction, for no reason, with no orders or ignoring orders, it is not limited to ships, missiles have the same behavior, I am playing on the latest steam version available at this time, 1.0.2 I think. This happens after i enter Triton orbit, I don't know, I still have to reproduce the bug.

Same here, last campaign mission. Upon inspection all ships started to burn in one direction, wasting fuel. Seemed to have no impact on the strategic view, although it was 100-200 m/s that should have changed a lot. They seemed to start as soon as I was in fleet view. Split up the fleet into three helples frigates and one tanker, which was still burning.

I have a somewhat similar issue, my ship keeps turning in all directions instead of broadsiding. Vessel has an acceleration of 1.11 g, a turnabout of 7.75 seconds and a rollabout of 2.21 seconds. I suspect it is continuously oversteering. Some of my more agile vessels start making pirouettes the moment they start to steer. Steering is done with the 3 gimballed main engines.

Yeah, I keep noticing that this happens with my fleets, mostly with the laser only Escort ships. I'd forgive it if they only moved away about 15 km and then stopped, because they are fairly large heat signatures, but they don't. Instead, they rocket off to god knows how far away, and have an alarming habit of either colliding with each other or committing fratricide on other laser escorts, or forcing my gunships to do the same to avoid getting smurfed by the accelerating escort ships. This is especially noticeable with long-range missile intercepts, where the laser escorts will rocket off to more than 50 km away from the rest of the fleet. It's incredibly annoying, especially because it's unrealistic. Something that would be really nice is someway to force your fleet to maintain formation that doesn't involve turning off the nuclear engines.
