1. Update your version of OpenAL. (Steam should have already done that)
Update: Try if downloading and reinstalling OpenAL fixes the problem, before you start copying the dll files.
2. Go to C:\Windows\System32 or C:\Windows\SysWow64. 3. Copy over wrap_oal.dll into your CoaDE directory. 4. Delete the original openal32.dll and rename the copied file to openal32.dll.
And viola sound!
