Flares don't respect the launch count limiter set on their launcher, which in itself can be considered a bug, so I tried adding a fuse to the flares so they might count as rockets or something and use the limit. This works, but it then keeps the flares from functioning correctly; with the ordnance trigger enabled on the fuse they do ignite, but missiles just ignore them completely.
