If it rotates correctly then why care?How do you know if it rotates correctly? Even you chose Pluto in Sandbox as the celestial body, you won't be able to see it's relationship with the sun.

You look at how it rotates compared to Charon.
Also, you can make a Campaign level with just the Sol and Pluto if you really want to test it.

That doesn't seem to be a bug, just a minor data presentation issue - if you look at celestial bodies you'll notice that it also happens for Venus. Both rotate retrograde, so the only issue is in how it's presented to the user - it probably shouldn't be expressed in seconds for negative values either.
My solution would be to stick an abs() in there just before the data is converted to human readable units of time for display - should sweep both the negative and unit issue.
