As the title says, flak projectiles fired from guns are not detonating at their fusing range, and are instead acting like inert projectiles. In testing, there was no notable difference in damage between firing 15g flak projectiles fused at 100 meters and solid copper radiation shields of the same mass and diameter. The projectiles were fired at 2km/s.

What are your detonator settings? And you have a fuse module on the projectile? Gun-fired explosives should work fine.
At 100m hard range, the explosive may not have enough time to deploy properly. You could try increasing it to 200-300 meters. I keep my fuses at 0.1 seconds of travel time to ensure the shrapnel has time to get spawned by the physics engine, which seems to run at 30 frames per second.

I can confirm the bug as well. I have a railgun that will shoot a 1g flak payload at 100km/s and it has no noticeable change in damage over a conventional 1g projectile of the same material.
Changing detonation range has no effect on this. I've tested detonation ranges of 100m-5km at 200m intervals with no noticeable change.
My detonation range that worked on the previous patch was 100m.

Maybe the guns need to be remade as new designs since the update. Just a guess since my own recently designed flak gun works (3km/s conventional gun, 101g projectile, 100m hard range). I've had the flak module since pre-patch; only the gun is new. Projectile has a fuse with no options selected.

Also experiencing this even with completely new modules
