1.2.0 Crash To Desktop when editing armor in Ship Designer

Attempting to manually edit any value (Spacing, thickness, start, end, radial, and rotation) of the armor causes an instant CTD. Dragging the slider does not, however, cause a CTD.

Running no mods, have verified the integrity of game cache in Steam, and have deleted the entire game and reinstalled. Did not alleviate the issue.
