So I've been experimenting with drone launched missiles with the new blast launchers.
This is somewhat difficult when the missiles in question tend to curve back around and try to hit their own launching platform.
Increasing the irradiance threshold only increases the number of missiles that curve back. An unguided boost phase does nothing when they kick in their terminal phase almost as soon as they launch. Help?

Try disabling the "launch with order" setting on your drones' blast-boxes, then giving the released missile-cloud a homing order once it's safely clear of the launch platform.
Curiosity - how hot are your drones running?

... Curiosity - how hot are your drones running? yep , had a similar problem before the update with normal launchers , solved it with 900k radiators... not practical if you need a lot of power however.

38.8 kWs at rest, 16.6 MW at full power-which it would never reach, since it was a Super Stinger originally designed for a 33mm turret, which it now doesn't have.
Stripped the powerplant and radiators out. Micromissiles still not performing well, but now at least they're not locking on the drones.
