Hey there.
My issue is quite simple really. Trying to Stream the game in OBS and OBS just ain;t having that, also the game seems to crash only when OBS is trying to stream it. So nothing is showing up, OBS streams nothing, and also the only time the game has ever crash was when OBS was supposed to be streaming it. Crashes are at random no idea who to recreate them reliably.

Hm, I have used OBS successfully (it's what I used to capture the trailer footage). However, I haven't streamed with it. Can you please send me any crashlogs that were written out? They can be found in .../Users/[Username]/AppData/Roaming/CDE/Crashes on windows or in .../[Username]/Library/Application Support/CDE/Crashes on mac.

So I'm not streaming OBS but capturing and thus far haven't had too many issues. Only today I ran into an issue for the level "On the Surface of Giants." Once I'm in a tight enough orbit matching the depot, I click the "intercept" button and the game freezes. Everything else on my computer is fine, just the primary monitor with CoaDE is frozen. No crashlogs. Can match the orbit fine when I turn off OBS just for that intercept and then turn it back on.
I'd give you my OBS capture settings, but they're optimized for capturing and not streaming (internet said they won't work at all for streaming).

What are your settings for OBS when you're recording? My settings are mostly defaults, however I do the capturing entirely on my mac machine, rather than my windows machine. I downscale to 1440x900 as mp4, Simple output. I think everything else is factory settings. So, some ideas. Have you tried Display Capture rather than Game Capture or vice versa? Does just recording the game have the same issues, or only streaming? Also, if OBS is crashing as well, you could try looking for the OBS crash logs: obsproject.com/forum/threads/please-post-a-log-with-your-issue-heres-how.23074/ |

I'll try what you suggest. I have tried both Window Capture and Game Capture, not display Capture yet. It sucks there is no resolution option in the game settings. Both stream and recording are getting the same issues, can't even preview to do neither, the preview shows nothing as well and the capture is blank, OBS is just refusing. Only have a windows machine. OBS is not crashing at all.
