So i noticed i have to radiate the full fuel heating energy away + i get 37% of it as electrical energy (that i would mostly have to radiate away too if i used a laser). Which gives me more energy than the fuel produces, thus violating conservation of energy. To be physically correct i think you just need to subtract the electrical energy from the amount of heat to be radiated. I also noticed the same issue to be present with regular nuclear reactors.
