This will be my 100 g submission.
It took a while to figure out because I wanted to use sodium as the coolant. But then I realised I could just switch to (semi-) heavy water, which made it work.
It only costs a measly ~3.11 Mc with a mass of 1.4 kt. The armament is two 5.23 ∆v "Interceptor" missile launchers. Each with 400 missiles. And six 2.51 km/s point defense guns. It's not that impressive, but I figured multi-gigaton monstrosities wouldn't make sense for such a tiny asteroid.
The reactor produces 557 kW with an exit temperature of 800 K.
Interestingly enough, it does provide enough power to supply a ~10 km/s railgun at a reasonable fire rate.
