I had two of the small methane tankers, and burned to use up the majority of their fuel.
When I set one tanker to "pull" and one to "push" fuel from one to the other, one of them will drain as you would expect... then the other one seems to continue to refuel, until their dV gauge is full.
This is presumably unintended behaviour
