when in the designer some gun sizes rapidly explode in size, it seems to be around 57mm in bore diameter, I got one gun to be 18.1 TERA meters long (18,100,000,000,000 meters long (120AU))

So instead of firing at the enemy ships, you poke them in the eye with a long stick. Interesting concept for an interplanetary weapon.

The bore size relative to the projectile and propellant size also drastically influences weight for some reason, I managed to shave a few grams off my gun by increasing the bore from 12.7 to 17.2mm.
