Shouldn't all the changes to vanilla materials be reserved for separate packs, with CMP kept as clean as possible (you pop it into the game and have guarantee that NO designs you already have change)? Fgdfgfthgr So, will you be cleaning beryllium and any other vanilla materials out of the pack as well? Maybe make a material fix pack and bundle them together with graphitizing diamond? I was too lazy to do that, but if you ask, then I will try to make it. It's really hard to maintain several mods in the current system.

I think it was because you forgot to fill the number after the "RoughnessCoefficient".

Zubrin NSWR works fine for me. Can anyone confirm? If it works fine it can be added to the Community Future Materials Pack again. Did you check nukes?

Why is there Beryllium in the Community Material Pack? It's already in the base game. Also, why is it in Alloys.txt? The Beryllium in CMP is an advanced(and still realistic) version of original Beryllium. For the alloys file thing, I think I actually just too lazy to put them in the right file.

(Setting discussion) Since the performance of most of the vanilla ships is around the level of 1990, and the UI style of the game is also like it had been made in 1990. I wonder what about the electronic device inside the crew modules, do they also use devices that have similar perforence like we have in 1990?
If so, that's kinda like space punk. XD

Kerr suggested using Mars' atmosphere for laser in ToughSF discord server. We could get a planetaser. How can that even work? Planet atmosphere is so different to a laser pump. Does the infrastructure require will turn the red planet into a death star?

Or just shoot your ship out of a cannon. It will reach the destination, eventually. Or shot cannon to propel your ship. Remember the 1.5Mm/s railgun? PS: Of course the thrust-weight ratio is hilarious, but doesn't the light sail as well?

That's why I choose solar sail. Simple, you just need a reflective sail and a bit of computer and control. The key part being it taking a while.
A photon sail pushed by huge lasers should fare a bit better.
Even you push it with a huge laser, you still need to take a while.Unless your craft only weight a few grams.

Next version should come around 198 days after 1.2.1 was released. So it would be around 17/1/2019.
