So I've been away a while and it appears there is a wide use of fluorine lithium hydride rocket engines. this does not appear to be a reaction in the base game so how do I add it?

It's a modded material - not extremely widespread but it's found a niche of Dangerous Chemical Enthusiasts.

childrenofadeadearth.boards.net/post/9879/threadI started the cascade of mod materials initially with cubane, but there has been considerable interest in tripropellants after I brought up a liquid form of lithium. The most famous tripropellant rocket was test fired using hydrogen, lithium and oxygen, but since the game doesn't yet support tripropellants it's had to be abstracted as a combined hydrogen-lithium compound burning with oxygen. Naturally the next step for CDE community was to replace oxygen with fluorine, because nothing says efficiency like an engine that will corrode into nothingness within 5 minutes of operation. See the spoiler in that post, it's a lot of stuff and may cause crashes due to load order issues (apophys comments on the next page), which is why I'm waiting to update the OP as Qswitched intends to have better modding support in the next update, and tripropellants are on the to-do list for some future point.
