I don't want to promise anything yet for various reasons, but I can say the next patch is focused on improvements to weaponry (lasers, guns, turrets, etc.). I look forward to the upcoming design meta.

Watch this update nerf everything we have. Naturally, I've been holding off building anything bigger than ~1800 tons for awhile now.

How much work exactly is implementing moveable maneuver nodes? I was replaying the Surface of Giants mission with stock modules tonight, and it's a bitch trying to get the maneuver nodes right. Getting intercepts takes a lot of guesswork and trial&error that could easily be circumvented by moveable maneuver nodes. You *don't* enjoy guesswork and back of the envelope calculations? Filthy casual. Go back to KSP. Scrub. /sarcasm off Took me about an hour and a half of shifting, dragging, clicking, to get my Homecoming mission burns done correctly. At the end, my mouse hand had turned into a claw. A painfully sore claw. Honestly, I just got past that mission by just trying a ton of times until it worked, and restarting if I failed. My successful try ended up with a lot of fiddling with burn times mid-flight to get the right path, though.
