Maybe this belongs in the technical support section, ikd. either way, im having issues making a custom flare system (comstom flare itself, costom flare ammo box, costom flare launcher).
AS far as I know, you go to the flare module, costomize it however you want, then, go to luancher module, costomize it to luanch your costom flare, then go to the ammo modules, and costomize it to hold your new flare.
All 3 (flare, luancher, ammo) toghether will give a complete system.
MY problem is that when (in the module designer) im trying to make a luancher luanch my new flare it (the new flare) doesnt show up as a luanchable option. in the ammo modules it doesnt show up as a containable option.
So can someone please walk me through, step by step, the list of things I need do to do to get a new (costom) flare system ?

If there is a red warning a module won't show up on any list to be used until the error is corrected. Then you make the Launcher launch whatever it is you want. And ammo storage don't contain anything as they are ordered to supply a launcher or weapon, so you'll go through the list and find "Fancy Custom Flare Launcher" and supply that.

Once you've designed a flare using the module designer, you'll then need to use the ship designer to create a payload or missile that incorporates the flare. That payload or missile will then be available when designing the launcher.
