You know someone else might have the same question Mmm, well, I thought the lasers were spherical propellant tanks and wondered how to make one. Did anyone manage to make yellow or orange lasers? Unfortunately non of our polarising material/emission substance combos sufficiently emit and/or polarise and focus electromagnetic waves in the 590–620 range. I am legitimately curious though, obviously violet-UV-X lasers are the most powerful and potentially long range, but is there any advantages to shorter range red(and yellow/orange) for weaponry?

Operating temperature; mostly.

So wait this mite be a bit rudimentary, but 1mw of orange light and 1mw of UV light contain the same power(assuming a relative diffusion rate) to the target, but the density of UV light is tighter right?
