Increasing bore radius one tick results in HUGE changes

I discovered a very easily reproducible bug earlier today in the convention gun design screen. In the two pictures below, I increase the bore radius of the gun by one tick of the slider (0.1mm). Note the mass and physical dimension differences between the two pictures.
It should be noted that further increasing the bore radius results in a gradual non-linear decrease in physical dimension and mass. It would appear as though there is a asymptotic curve going to positive infinity from a higher bore radius down to a lower bore radius that tends to infinity somewhere between a 9.2mm and 9.3mm bore radius.
