Due to the low number of replies to both my replies to other people and thread, I must ask how many of us are still on this forum/board.

Not many, it seems. I, for one, am too busy struggling with the beast here. No time for games. Not even a time to write a proper reply to that NWO pawn - that is, self-titled " dragon" (see Revelation 13:4) a-la CCP style. Max I do for now is I try to delete spam semi-regularly. But, everything is not lost. Yet. Unfinished/unpublished mods do not necessarily mean the absence of such.

Most of the talks happen on Discord. I'm here to publicly release all the mods I've worked on since last time I was here, for people who don't play via Steam.

There are advantages and disadvantages to it. It appeals to newer generations more than an old-fashioned forum, it's way easier to use from mobile, it allows voice-chat, you can attach files by simply dropping them onto the chat (there was a time in which you couldn't attach any new files to the forum because it was full). In that particular server there are also many off-topic channels that, uh... well, if you don't care for them you can turn their notifications off and hide them, or give them a go if you feel you need it. Unfortunately there is not the division in threads like on forums, so information is all over the place.
This is what came to mind.

But then again would it not be better, to just use the forums?

I still check every couple of weeks or months, hoping for either an update or an influx of activity. I haven't touched the game itself in 11 months though. The game has got some great ideas but its rather limited in scope. After a while most of the appeal was the community and bending the game to do things it wasn't meant to do. There was a time when the spam got very, very, bad and I was locked out of posting attachment screenshots and craft files, participating wasn't much fun with the inconvenience. The speculative scifi discussions on the forum and the discord are neat, but I feel like I haven't contributed much meaningful in a while. So most of what I do is forum lurk.

I meant feature scope more then number of explosions on screen at once. The campaign is very short and strictly linear. I don't think that's bad design, for a one man project it very much achieved what it set out to do and it feels complete, but I kind of just want more game you know?

The game's credits list a "creator", "music", a "voice actor", and then a long list of alpha and beta testers. I was going to add a screenshot in attachments, but the forum is apparently full again. The "creator" iirc is the "Qswitched" moderator on this forum.

I'm not on very often, just dropping by every once in a blue moon. I meant feature scope more then number of explosions on screen at once. The campaign is very short and strictly linear.
