Would it be feasible to add text input in the module design to allow players to input any valid number within a given range for each field? This would allow players to better optimize their modules by giving them greater precision. The main issue I see with my suggestion are the different orders of magnitude some of the fields are measured in. This could be solved in two ways. The first is requiring that the player input the value in SI units. The second is allowing them to input the units after the number, although parsing this would probably take more time to code.

Yes please! I really want to be able to create arbitrarily-sized crew modules.

Basic text input for values will be in the next patch. HURRAH! Uh wait, does this cover module naming?
