Thanks for the info! In the end I'm going with UDMH (because it doesn't detonate like hydrazine and it has a more conservative performance than MMH) and amorphous carbon propellant tanks (not because it is a realistic propellant tank material, but to have a conservative mass ratio).

IIRC in-game Stainless Steel is exactly what was used in many tanks for this type of fuel IRL. If you need to lower mass ratio - why not just specify additional tank "armor" thickness to taste?

Thanks a lot! I didn't know that propellant tanks are/were made of stainless steel. Since Martensitic Stainless Steel has a low Cr content, it is good only for non-corrosive propellants (like CH4), while Ferritic Stainless Steel for corrosive ones (like O2 and all hypergolic propellants). The mass ratios of Chromium Stainless Steelmod and Austenitic Stainless Steel are just too low to be viable as tank material.
