How do you make subscript craft names? By adding undercore, i.e. Target_gunship.

Drones’ll start doing evasive manuvers when defending warship's external fuel tanks are detached, even when it's over 100 kms away. fuel tanks detached: drones went haywire: Stock drones also display this behavior.

98.7t nuke with 245kg Osmium/DU reflector on 1Mn target, average results: Using VC steel as reflector: Tungsten Rhenium reflector, average results The reflector you speak of is the actual reflector *IN* the nukes design ? Yes

Just detonate after launch If it's not a glitch, and you armor the launching ship enough, that'd be a hell of a weapon. Crewman: "Sir, enemy ship has crossed the mega-meter sphere." Captain:"Eh, just dump a couple Casaba-Howitzers out of the armored airlock on deck twelve." *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* Crewman: "Enemy ship destroyed sir." It almost worked Set launch ship to homing, deploy missile, detonate:

Step 1: Import Silver Bullet, load on craft of choice Step 2: Set up Sandbox with craft of choice & target vessel (eg cargo station) Step 3: Launch Silver Bullet, deactivate flak bomb & nuke Step 4: Set up low speed intercept with target vessel Step 5: On intercept, use move command to turn silver bullet away from target vessel, accelerate until target vessel is moving away and Silver Bullet is pointing away from target Step 6: Pause, reactivate flak bomb and nuke, detonate them both Step 7: Observe Target Vessel magically disintegrating Just detonate after launch, also the flak mass and materiel doesn't matter, tried 1kg UHMWPE flak and it still worked

98.7t nuke with 245kg Osmium/DU reflector on 1Mn target, average results: Using VC steel as reflector: Tungsten Rhenium reflector, average results My God. A 95t warhead? I need to post the Autocannon my Not!Zaku uses... *edit* So to confirm, the effect is caused by using a DU, Tungston, or Osmium reflector the nuclear warhead? Generally the heavier the better, but Tungsten Rhenium seems to outperform Osmium by a small margin.

More test results, all using 100x1kg Tungsten flak: imgur.com/a/Yvg1fThis bug remained unknown for so long because everyone is using lightweight reflector materiel like boron or UHMWPE to save weight/firing in volleys/detonate at short range. And ndeo's Strategic NEFP packed all requirements into one missile

Did more testing on a superheavy target (10m VC Steelx2+10m Osmium), changing reflector composition on the same 9.79Mt nuke from DU to osmium results in more break ups, while using light materiel like UHMWPE produces no damage.

BTW I am really curious of why the damage of the 10.3 MT version is way larger than the 9.6 MT one as their yield is quite similar of each other... Did more testing, it's not just the yield. I dialed down the 10.3Mt nuke to 9.31Mt and it's still as effective as the original.

What did you used for flak projectile material? I tried something similar once but found my projectile seemingly vapourised when using nuke of above 20kt. After browsing the design thread I tried out ndeo's Strategic NEFP. It vaporized both the target and my fps, so I decided to make a smaller version using the 10.3 Mt nuke from his missile.... And after numerous testing I found that a 10Mt+ high yield nuclear device with heavy reflector materiel can boost projectiles to relativistic speed and destroy any target instantly. Design and code for my version: Silver Bullet.txt (4.73 KB) Basic formula: 1x10Mt+ nuke with heavy reflector materiel like DU/Osmium/Tungsten Rhenium + many flaks in front , Pure pursuit for boost phase.Launch one missile, manually detonate the flak when missile is pointed at target, receive swiss chees/paste/whatever is left of the target Effect on a ship 1Mn away: Using a 9.6 Mt nuke: 5 Mt nuke: Close range test, cut through 10m VC steel + 10m aramid fiber like butter: Added 10m Osmium: Video demonstration:
