Here is my entry. its pretty much just an optimized version of the base hellfire drone but with a fraction the mass(17.5t) and cost (213kc). Featuring reinforced frontal armor and guns with improved rate of fire. the drone: the guns:

And one completly new design more compatible with the "micro-capital" idea of the chalenge. This is the answer to the question: "What would happen if we mount a cruiser turret on a drone?" All stats slightly better than original hellfire drone + enormous firepower with its 20km/s rapid fire high precision railgun. Nice bonus: Due to the high projectile speed a swarm of these drones can fend off a good amount of missiles on their own. Two pics because not all the stats show up in one. And the second The gun's only accurate to 11km and only a 1.8km/s muzzle velocity but it shoots a LOT of those 20 gram osmium slugs. Thoughts?

That works? Which stock one would you recommend? Or how do I design a really small one, angled armor is important for this.

When I noticed this, I found that one of my railgun drones fit the requirement, so here it is: I had another version with a much larger, far more accurate cannon (but only one), but I decided not to use that one as it takes a while to kill enemies due to only damaging one spot at a time.

Somewhat silly and invalid response: Take the Gau-8 Avenger cannon and put it on a drone imgur.com/a/75M7yA few notes: Couldn't get the rate of fire correct unless multiple barrels were used and all had turrets. So, it looks kinda wonky. Barrels had to get really thick for beam bending strength. IRL welding 7 barrels together into an assembly will reinforce this without the absurd barrel thicknesses. Range is less than Hellfire drone. Basic consequence of low muzzle velocity. Bullet kinetics are overkill. They basically swiss-cheese anything I have tested them with. The low muzzle velocity is often compensated plenty with the intercept's velocity difference.

I decided to try this, mostly because I wanted to mount my new capacitor-less coilgun somewhere. There is enough power there that this uses resistojets, rather than a NTR, for a bit more delta v. With only 23 seconds of burn time, I reckon you'll only be able to keep guns on target for 6 seconds after your intercept burn.

Though the guns were overkill already on that version when testing. This can be improved by dropping down to only 1 resistojet, and increasing its gimbal angle to 90 degrees.

No longer viable That happened to almost every user design that relied on out-ranging an AI that doesn't use ignore range. However many lines of code it took, it was worth it to see the new stock designs become fearsome.
