The landing ship Sir Galahad launches Whisker IV drones during first of class acceptance trials. I may have missed something but have you got a screenshot or specs for this Whisker drone series?

DurandalThey're just missile busses but my Mk X KSOWS with pretty radiators intended to mimic wings for transatmospheric flights.

Test-firing a dumb little experiment of mine. I wanted to see what the practical maximum ROF I could easily achieve was, so I made a railgun with a 343μs reload and then stuck nine of them on the front of one of my heavy frigate hulls. It's simultaneously terrible and disgustingly hilarious. (For example, shortly after I took this screenshot I actually penetrated my 25m-thick composite armored target by just ablating the hell out of it.) Amusingly, it's actually pretty shit at point defense (my original intent for the gun), presumably because the low muzzle velocity means it has to rely on ablating small targets the same as large ones.

One of the most/the most colorful screenshots I've seen on here. It's crazy vivid isn't it? How hot are those damn radiators? 6000 kelvin?

How hot are those damn radiators? 6000 kelvin? 4600K What reactors even pump out coolant that hot? If it's all made of graphene you could expect at maximum a ~400 K temperature gradient, which is not too great.

How hot are those damn radiators? 6000 kelvin? 4600K The glow suggest a much higher value. Probably as high as 10000 K.
