Some notes;
Loading suggestions: Can the game / mission load during reading the material for the mission? Would save some dead time.
Gameplay suggestions: Make splitting units easier (100 -> 5x20, for example, instead of "groups of 5" or "all" and then manually grouping) Would it make sense to show relative velocity on intercepts? Would be nice to see what the enemy damage looked like post battle
Replay suggestions: Can the orbital maneuvers be saved for replay? Or to send to a friend to talk about how to get something done / quickly get back to some state I was in to experiment?
Sandbox suggestions: Could be useful to have ranges listed in the weapon summaries in the sandbox.
Nitpicks: Keyboard pans moves really fast compared to mouse. When in full screen mode with dual monitors, clicking on second screen minimizes the game. Need borderless gaming + windowed mode to work as expected.

Thanks for the feedback, glad you are having fun!
A few things you want are already in. Splitting units can be done in groups of 5 with the button at the top left of the screen. Enemy damage post battle can be somewhat read up on via the 'Messages' button. Weapon ranges are in the weapon summaries, it's the graph. Range is based on target area (and other things), so you can't really have a flat number, the graph will have to do.
I'll get the other stuff on the todo lists.

While we're at it, how about the ability to review battles with time controls so we can check weapon effectiveness a little more reliably. As it is, things tend to happen too fast.
