I am not quite sure how to explain this one, but it work, and can teleport your warheads past enemy point defenses, as long as the enemy is within 100km.
Ever notice that sometimes missiles explode right out of the launcher and split your ship in half? This is not the only way to do it, but I found that if the missiles are automatically "Launched with Orders"(via the Engagement Range setting in the launcher), they will come out heads first. And if launchers are close enough on a thin hull, missile tend to collide and explode right at launch. Apparently this also triggers the missile's nuke warheads for some reason.
Now that your ship about to be split in half, this is where things get devious.
Notice how the camera shifts onto the next ship in the battle if the ship you're look at gets destroyed? Well, apparently, when this happens, the debris of your split-in-half-ship spawns near the new camera position, rather than where your ship used to be. Now, if the front half of your ship carried warheads, they just got a free ride through the enemy point defense.
I am not sure if the mechanics is quite exactly as how I described, but this is how you build it.
A)Your basic warheads on the front, these are the ones you use to destroy the enemy ship;
B)2-3 Missile launchers somewhere behind, these will fire the missiles that collide one another and split your drone, set them to fire at 100km and target both ships and drones. I think missiles have to be nuke, and at least twice as long the width of your drone. The ones I'm using is the NMM SR Hammer launchers in the middle;
C)I think there has to be a remote control sitting somewhere in front, so that the split-off front section is "live";
D)Then the usual propulsion and reactor components to get it near the enemy.
This is the damage it does with fragmentation warheads
This is the damage when using 19x 6kt nukes, note that the game reports two "missile disabled" message for every warhead, only one "cheat missile" was launched.
It only works if you fire one at a time btw, if you fire multiple then the camera defaults to your own other drone, and that's where warheads will be teleported. You also have to be looking at your missile when it gets split in half for this to work.
