During the missile tutorial mission I got intercepted a second time by hostile missiles. They had just enough delta-v to come around one more time. Bad news was they did so at 3.25 m/s resulting in a 24 minute intercept. 24 minutes of beeping while reading forum posts and trying to figure out why the print screen button wasn't taking screenshots reliably. Resolution: Couldn't take out all the incoming missiles because I had no delta-v to get them into my firing arc. Flares burnt out too quickly to get them away from me. Sad panda.

FYI, in the most recent build, you can exit out of combats where nothing is happening or predicted to happen in the near future, and it should accelerate it until they get closer when you run a new turn.
