Absolutely, and that extra lithium-aluminum shielding around the reactors is something I added on as an afterthought because I figured that realistically it would have to have at least enough material to protect customers from the reactor emissions. Normally the ship is even lighter and cheaper. Of course being relatively fragile isn't much of an issue since for the cost of the average (comparatively) beefy warship you could buy dozens of these.

What about one that is made most of plastic? I just designed one that is 5 km wide and 3 km long and it is made of plastic and can float in air something like 100 miles above the earth. weights about 18kt dry.
