Ive seen that ships still work if the radiators get a bit shot off, so... what actually happens?

Crews slowly getting baked by their own waste heat, or if the module is small enough and the walls are conductive enough, slowly freezing over time.

I have multiple back-up RC modules

Crews slowly getting baked by their own waste heat, or if the module is small enough and the walls are conductive enough, slowly freezing over time. does it eventually kill the crew?

does it eventually kill the crew? Most likely. In game, nope. Real life, almost 100% certainty, unless you can somehow swap the nuclear reactor radiator over for crew uze, though you probably need to wait a few minutes/hours for that to cool once you shut down the reactor.

At some point everything reaches 37°C and you can't dissipate anymore more heat anymore, maybe your body temperature raises until you get organ failure?

If the air humidity is low enough, humans can survive 80+°C for a while.

It would still take a good while for the interior to heat up, I'd imagine. You're not heating up just the air, but also the hull around the crew module. And you'd still get some cooling thanks to passive conduction and radiation, though I'm not sure how big of an effect that would have. Either way I think you could make it for a good few hours at least without radiators, maybe even longer. Once you hit 60+ celcius I don't think you could make it for much more than an hour.

"a few hours" On a game where 6 days can go by in a single mouse click lol

"a few hours" On a game where 6 days can go by in a single mouse click lol It's a fairly long time in a game where combat usually lasts two minutes at best, and usually less than 30 seconds.
