Nice start, but still a lot of space to improve.
> Nitrocellulose is just about the worst stock gun propellant ever. Try switching until you find the one you like. - While you're at it, increase the amount of propellant. > Larger bore radius helps improving efficiency, as with thicker barrel (which is not the problem here). > The barrel is uselessly long. The tip is to look at the 'Breach Pressure' graph and see where the pressure became irrelevant (in this case, probably 4 m). Shorter barrels are lighter, and can turn faster on turrets. > Try other materials for your barrel if you like.

Bore Radius, nice 1.05mm cannon just new it was bore radius ;_; But with improvments i made this 1mm bore radius thingy and... i need help on turret design and armor for gun(currently going on with 1cm boron carbon ) It is suprizingly effectibe due to possibility of mounting them with bulk

At most you just have to have a few more extra kg as a price for a vastly better gun. I, for example, uses 5 mm bore.

And should i consider using more rigid material for accuracy? I have no clue on turret part D:

Barrel armour for coilguns and normal guns is diamond for heat radiation, and for railguns it's graphite aerogel for stiffening

It means Chemical -> Kinetic Efficiency, an heavier projectile will in most cases be slower, a slower round has worse range. I don't even think rotation is modelled ingame.

I meant the gyro on the turret i made a dumb osmium design just to test out the gun and i want to improve it further

Shouldnt i use denser material like osmium to have higher inertia for the gyro disks? Using lighter material cause either huge turret or high rpm issuses

High rpm is not a problem, power is, but for most small turrets an Mg Wheel is fine, if you get a really small turret Ir and Os can work, but It's Really heavy

The main issues with your weapon are the propellent and bore radius. TNT is the budget option, while octogen will offer the highest performance per gram. The very low bore radius of your weapons is significantly reducing your efficiency and massively increasing peak pressure. The high pressure requires much thicker barrels than would be normally necessary. By correcting those two issues, selecting slightly more cost effective barrel and projectile materials, choosing better turret armor, and using electric actuators, you end up with this.
