Polonium-210 tipped nerf guns would be interesting. I can imagine the youtube video's title "ULTRA DANGEROUS ILLEGAL NERF DART MOD (ALMOST DIED) (DONT TRY AT HOME)(GOEN SEXUAL)"

that's a max of like 10km, spitting range, autocannons would shred any ship that got that close hypervelocity drones could use those for a payload instead of flak... it would be a hypersonic bolo round

A neutrino cannon. To actually start giving someone cancer, let alone damage equipment, you would need Perawatts of energy and days of exposure. You may be able to accelerate or quench fission reactions, but I wouldn't count on it.
On the other hand, it would make for a great specialised comm system: undetectable if you aren't in the beam with a (probably massive) detector, and can beam through planets as if it was hard vacuum.
Also, if by some miracle you find a way to produce a directional neutrino emission with any sort of efficiency, you got yourself almost the Isp of the photon drive, but without the unfortunate "burn everything on the wrong side" side effect.

Spraying gas or liquid at the enemy to use sonic weapons. Or maybe one could use harpoons to transmit it through wires. The speed of sound through amorphous carbon is like 14km/s; could be dangerous.

"undetectable if you aren't in the beam" yeah the enemies wont see your ship's peta-watt reactor glowing like a small star

Ludicrous weapon idea: Alcubierre drives as WMD Warp into your enemy's star system to vaporize the destination, and potentially burning that whole star system
