An option to adjust menu (and font) size would be really helpful to people like me who are routinely playing on lower resolution screens. The font is quite a bit bigger than it needs to be and the menus being so large makes it hard to see what I'm working on sometimes. I would also be able to fit more information on screen at once. Example: Compared to this:

I have a very similar issue, using the old ratio (4:3 rather than 16:9) on a semi-low resolution. For me, the menu on the sides take up way too much space, can hardly see the ship in the middle, let alone drag stuff around.
On top of that, the text (even with the small font theme) is so big that it clips out of the boxes, making it impossible to read.
I have to guess and estimate quite a lot in the ship builder, and there's a lot of scrolling going on in both dimensions in the rest of the game.
Argonbalt said many others have brought it up, so I'm guessing they might be working on a fix for it. As it is now, the game is playable, as long as you have the mathematical ability to keep many numbers in your head at once for when the stuff clips out of bounds, or if you're willing to save, exit the ship builder, check the numbers and then go back into edit mode and do the changes.
