And unfortunately its just more of the same with most of the really cool nano materials. Graphene is the only one I can think of that's almost fully fleshed out.

Those seem to be carbon fiber-plastic composites, not plain carbon fiber.

We'll need specific heat and thermal conductivity but what's here should be enough with a bit of conversion. Edit: Young's Modulus will also be required

The young's modulus of pure carbon nanotubes will be nothing like that of CNT-Plastic Composites. Their properties are not similar enough.
